I’ve been blessed to be born and raised right here in North Idaho—where my family has called home for generations. I have a deep connection to this area and its people, and I truly love everything about living here: the four seasons, the endless outdoor adventures, and the genuinely friendly community.
I know the Idaho Panhandle like the back of my hand. From snowboarding on our local mountains, to hunting across the region, to fishing our rivers and lakes—I’ve explored nearly every back road and trail. As an avid outdoorsman, I can honestly say North Idaho is a paradise.
Born Into Real Estate
I grew up in Rathdrum and was truly born into real estate. My father, Rick Blizzard, was a respected Realtor in the Coeur d’Alene area for many years. Some of my earliest memories are tagging along with him to open houses and model homes, watching him work tirelessly for his clients. He built strong relationships with local builders and earned a reputation for honesty, dedication, and exceptional service.
Following in his footsteps, my goal is to build a respected business rooted in integrity, relationships, and a deep love for this community. I’m proud to have been recognized along the way—earning Rookie of the Year, being featured in Coeur d’Alene Real Producers Magazine, and receiving the Idaho Housing and Finance Association Star Award for excellence and client service.

Family and Community
